The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a written decision in the self-notice case. According to the 8-page written decision, the rolling of the Deputy Speaker has been declared null and void.

The written decision said that the rolling of the Deputy Speaker has no legal status, the rolling of the Deputy Speaker is declared null and void.

The decision said that the present case is being disposed of on these issues, the no-confidence motion is still pending, the Prime Minister was and is bound by Article 58 after the no-confidence motion was introduced.

According to the written decision, the Prime Minister cannot at any time recommend to the President to dissolve the Assembly. The recommendation of the Prime Minister to the President on April 3 has no legal status.

 The written decision said that the order of the President to dissolve the National Assembly is unconstitutional, the order of the President to dissolve the Assembly has no legal status, the order is declared null and void.

The written decision of the Supreme Court said that the National Assembly is being restored, the Speaker is bound to convene the session by 10:30 am on April 9.

According to the written decision, the Speaker should hold a vote on the no-confidence motion. The meeting cannot be adjourned till the no-confidence motion is completed.

The written decision states that no impediment will be made to the members of the Assembly during the no-confidence motion.
