According to the report, five people, including three children, were killed in an attack by the Russian army in the Ukrainian city of Chernihiv, while several people are feared to have been killed in the attack on the Mariupol theater.

In a statement, the Ukrainian president called for help from the US Congress, saying the situation in the country was similar to that of 9/11 and Pearl Harbor.

On the other hand, US President Joe Biden has announced an additional 800 million dollar in aid to Ukraine, calling Russian President Putin a war criminal.

On Biden's statement, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the West's attempt to dominate the world was coming to an end.

Putin warned his citizens against the country's traitors and said that conspiracies were being hatched to destroy them, adding that the operation in Ukraine would continue.

According to foreign media, Russia has claimed to have conspired to discredit Russia by attacking the Ukrainian army with poisonous weapons.

Earlier, NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen called on the Russian president to call for a ceasefire, saying "no-fly zone" cannot be imposed on Ukraine or there will be a major war.
