The European Union (EU) has announced that it will suspend talks on resuming the Iran nuclear deal.
According to the report, EU foreign policy chief Joseph Borrell wrote on social media that the Vienna talks needed a break due to external factors and that a final text had been prepared.
Russia's envoy says the outcome of the Iran nuclear deal is not just up to Moscow, the other parties still have additional concerns, and talks are under way.
Iran's foreign ministry says a break in talks with world powers to restore a nuclear deal could speed up the resolution of any remaining issues.
