 Tourists suffer due to snowfall in Murree.

  • Tourists are facing severe difficulties due to continuous snowfall in Galyat and Kashmir, northern areas of Pakistan including Murree.
  • Murree recorded 17 inches of snowfall in 24 hours which is being termed as record snowfall in 10 years while the life system in Murree has been disrupted due to severe weather conditions.
  • According to reports, a thousand vehicles have been stuck in Murree since last night, in which 16 to 19 people have died in their vehicles.
  • Murray became a top trend on the microblogging site Twitter after this tragic tragedy, with several heartbreaking scenes unfolding from the city in which someone is trying to evacuate people trapped in cars with his own help. Feet appear to have sunk under the snow.
  • On the other hand, Pakistan Army has also launched a rescue operation in Murree.
  • According to ISPR, Murree Division troops are busy evacuating people trapped in traffic while Army engineers have also arrived to clear the main highways.
