America; Police killed in a firing demand for release of Aafia Siddiqui for Rabb

Texas: A gunman entered a Jewish synagogue in the United States and took four people hostage, including a monk, who was shot dead by police.

According to the American News Agency, an armed man entered the synagogue called "Beit Israel" in the state of Texas, after which explosions and gunfire started coming from inside.

The gunman took Rapab and five others hostage, after which a hostage was allowed to leave, who told police that the kidnapper wanted the release of Aafia Siddiqui in exchange for a monk.

The kidnapper shouted several times and told the police that he did not want to harm anyone but that he was going to die soon. The gunman also demanded that the kidnapper talk to Aafia Siddiqui.

For more than ten hours, the kidnapper talked to police and security personnel in various ways and insisted on the release of Aafia Siddiqui.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said on Twitter that a gunman who had entered a synagogue and taken hostages had been shot dead by police.

The governor further said that the four worshipers who were taken hostage by the gunman at gunpoint have been released and are now completely safe.

The gunman who took the monk hostage has been identified, but Koli Wali police say the identity of the attacker will be made public only after the investigation is completed.

It should be noted that Aafia Siddiqui of Pakistani origin is serving 86 years in a Texas jail who was handed over to the United States during Musharraf era.
