Rizwan became the second Pakistani to score a century in all cricket formats

KARACHI: Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan has become the second wicketkeeper-batsman in the world to score a century in all three formats by scoring a century in the first T20 International against South Africa.

He is the first Pakistani wicketkeeper and second batsman to accomplish this feat.

Twenty-eight-year-old Mohammad Rizwan played an unbeaten 104 against South Africa and became the second batsman and first wicket-keeper to score a century for Pakistan in the T20 Internationals.

Along with this century, Rizwan also had the honor of scoring centuries in all three formats of international cricket.

He is the second Pakistani batsman to accomplish this feat, followed by Ahmed Shehzad.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan is the second wicket-keeper-batsman to score centuries in Tests, ODIs and T20 Internationals, while it is the fifth century by any wicketkeeper-batsman in T20 Internationals.

Mohammad Rizwan's innings included seven sixes which are the most by any Pakistani cricketer in a T20 International innings. Before him, Ahmed Shehzad and Mohammad Hafeez have hit six sixes in an innings.

Mohammad Rizwan has scored more than eighty fifty-plus scores since the start of January 2000, including two centuries, which is the highest fifty-plus score by any wicket-keeper batsman during this period.
