 A strong earthquake shook the eastern region of Japan, injuring 150 people

A magnitude 7.3 earthquake has shaken the east coast of Japan, injuring at least 150 people.


According to the research, it was an aftershock caused by a very strong earthquake in the same area in 2011.


A previous earthquake in 2011 killed at least 20,000 people when a magnitude 9.0 earthquake and tsunami shook the region.


Experts say up to 6 magnitude tremors can be felt on a Richter scale in a week.

Authorities said the quake's magnitude was higher in areas where the risk of landslides and landslides had increased, prompting residents to be cautious.
