  • Indian cricket: The world's richest Indian cricket board has not paid cricketers' dues for 10 months, leaving players in financial trouble in Corona.

  • According to Indian media, 27 central contract cricketers did not get quarterly installments from October.

  • According to the 2018 balance sheet, the Indian Board has 55.26 trillion Indian rupees in cash and bank balances, of which about 30 trillion rupees are fixed deposits in the bank.

  • According to reports, despite this huge amount of money, the Indian board has failed to pay the dues of the players and 8 cricketers have confirmed that they have not received the dues.

  • Players have not been paid match fees for 2 Tests, 9 ODIs and 8 T20I matches since December 2019.

  • The Indian board currently owes a total of Rs 99 crore to the cricketers in A-plus, A, B and C categories.

  • Wart Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Jaspreet Bamra in A-plus category get Rs 70 million annually, while A-category players get Rs 50 million, B-category players get Rs 30 million and C-category players get Rs 10 million annually.

  • The Indian board pays players Rs 1.5 million for each Test match fee, while the ODI match fee is Rs 600,000 and the T20 match fee is Rs 300,000.
